Briefing: Wansheng Tech’s Expandable Housing Workshop Expansion Completed
With the rapid growth of Wansheng Tech’s expandable housing business, the demand for larger production space has significantly increased. In response, the company has completed an expansion of its existing factory facility.
Over the past two years, the expandable housing division has steadily grown in importance, now accounting for more than 80% of the company’s total revenue. The main markets include the Americas, Western Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia, with increasing demand also emerging from Africa and the Middle East.
The original workshop covered an area of 12,000 square meters. The newly added section extends 8,000 square meters to the west of the original building and is already equipped with new overhead cranes. Construction began in early March this year, and the expanded area has now entered the ground hardening stage, along with initial acceptance inspections.
This new section has been designed to accommodate an additional 80 housing production stations. The management, storage, and component pre-fabrication zones will be re-planned and rebuilt to meet the supporting needs of both the original and the new workstations.
Looking ahead, the workshop will follow management’s direction to set up a showroom display area within the new space and upgrade the quality inspection equipment. Wansheng Tech aims to build a world-class custom brand for expandable housing and showcase the image of “Made in China” in the new era.
